Fabulous flooring? From the moment you first glance at our website for a taste of what we can offer, to the point where you’re living and breathing the Barefoot Lifestyle, we’re there to make it happen.

Our Beliefs

We believe that the home is the ultimate retreat, a back-drop to your life, which can either enhance it, or create discord and unrest. We also believe that your environment at work is as important to you as that of your home, and using Feng Shui principles have set up our own office with this in mind. Fabulous Feng Shui flooring!

Our office kitchen contains a juicer and healthy food; there is no air-conditioning, just open windows, so we can breathe the free-flowing air of the Derbyshire Peak District. Natural light is important to us, no blinds cover our windows and all rooms are arranged to complement Feng Shui principles.

We asked a lovely lady, Liz Wells, to provide a Feng Shui consultation so that we could really get a feel for how the Barefoot office should be laid out, and to identify any trouble spots. And we added a Lion dance on 08/08/08 (an auspicious Feng Shui day) to bless the building and make it happy and prosperous.

• Karen Nobes - Karen is the hub of the Barefoot office, making sure that everything stays organized in the creation of a great customer experience. 
• Jane Shepherd – Barefoot Story Teller: keeps Barefoot in the public eye by making sure we have a presence in all of the publications that matter.
• Len Smith – Barefoot Surfer: web master extraordinaire, Len keeps Barefoot high in the SEO rankings.
• Tamara Fearon  - Barefoot Designer: Let Tamara show you the beauty of our designer floors and how our innovative floors in as imaginative a way as possible.
• Andrea Hall - Bareffot Designer: our other accomplished artist and very experienced interior designer. Andrea has the all important gift of visualising what can be accomplished.
• Neil Whitehouse – Barefoot Superman: manages all of the ins and outs of the warehouse, making sure everything is where it should be.
• Brian Eaton - Bearing quite a strong resemblance to Bruce Willis(!), Brian will be out there charming customers as he lays our floors in their homes.
• David Mather - Dave works alongside Brian, ensuring that our floors are laid to perfection.
• Cathy Johnson – Barefoot Brand Creator: the creator of the beautiful bird on our logo, which gave us our Barefoot Identity.
